Fine Art Photography Print
This photograph was made in Abuja in 2023, while heading home along one of the city’s major roads. Shot nearly two months after my relocation from Lagos, it captures wide, newly paved lanes stretching forward as the first signs of harmattan haze begin to settle into the air.
The scene captures a quiet in-between moment. It’s not yet deep into the season, but clearly on its way. The road feels open, almost restrained, while the soft haze hints at change, movement, and arrival. For me, it marked an early period of adjustment and observation in a new city.
Printed as part of On the Road, Still Learning, a small end-of-year pan African collection spanning Nigeria and Uganda, this photograph reflects my continued interest in everyday transitions: the subtle unique moments that often go unnoticed but stay with you.
Each print is produced as a gallery-quality fine art photograph using a professional lab with operations in the UK, Germany, and the United States. The result is a museum-grade print, carefully made and responsibly fulfilled.
